It's hard to use without the spatula that comes within the box but it still took the hairs out although it's little bit too soft for my skill.

Kit that comes in the box makes it easy to apply but you have to be fast. After all it`s made of sugar. I will buy it again!.

During learning period Soft is easy to use. Keep in mind it could get messy if you have higher body temp. The spatula that comes in the package makes it really easy and fast to use. If used in hot environment I would suggest Strong or Medium.
