Shipping policy

The list of countries that we deliver and the shipping prices will be displayed during the check-out process.

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import (Canada). Customs and duty fees are not included in your Cleopatra America order and Cleopatra America is not responsible for fees.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. 

We are offering shipping through the USPS shipping service.

Order processing might take 1-3 business days. Once shipped, we will get you over a shipping confirmation including tracking number. 

We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Customers pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the order process.

Customers are responsible to provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. We will not be liable if you supply us with incomplete or false information.

If we are unable to ship products for certain reasons, we may contact you to offer an alternative solution. Depending on your decision, we will continue with the order processing or cancel your order and provide a refund of a properly complete order including shipping fees within seven working days.
